Matthew,

I side with the use of the breaker bar.  I use an 18'' Craftsman bar with a
craftsman socket.  Lifetime replacement warranty and it saves my back.
Also, I carry an old handle from a defunct hydraulic jack to use as a
cheater pipe.  Anything to make my life easier.
