Subject:      TIICO not legal in Calif

To anyone in Ca considering a TIICO conversion -

The TIICO engine is considered "gray market" and not legal in the
Peoples Socialist Republic of California.  Peter has been working
with the petty bureaucrats but apparently hasn't offered enough of a
bribe yet.  I've been trying to get mine smogged for over 3 months,
and they won't even test it.

Beware if you're in CA and in a hurry............
