In all likelihood, you are looking at either a Weekender (Base Camper) rear facing seat if it is permanent mounted behind the driver. Or an added on Carat folding and removable rear facing seat. You didn't mention if you have a full Westy or a Weekender Camper.

There is an optional seat which can fit onto the Westy center bench tracks. It is a single seat identical to the front seats and comes with a turntable on top of a locking metal box. This is a very rare option.

You can install a two person bench but you will not be able to open the fridge w/o sliding it sideways or removing. These benches are quite inexpensive -- at least here in the San Francisco area. I have given away 3-4 of them in the past year.
