i sold one like you describe to a DC area lister...who has a 84 van and 89
syncro gl.. cant remember his name (sorry! :<(   but i dont think he ended up
using it.. maybe he would re-sell.   it was a nice bumper, made of wide "U"
channel steel beam and had a trailer hitch on it too. it was welded to the
stock bumper brackets so it just bolted on.   weighed a ton but definately
heavy duty..
