Frank Grunthaner, et al: Please let me pay zilch, become one of these PDBWBI and take one of these Tiico conversions off your hands and ease someone's mind with the emissions folks. If they are efficient enough for all other applications and Californicatia won't pass them...I will not feel at all bad at driving one in beautiful Southern Ohio...because the sweet liqueurs of my supremely tranquil existence insure that those tight emissions controls (and many other government BS regs.) do NOT apply here.
