Why not just pour a bottle of cheap booze in there for the winter?

Hi Dave,

In addition to draining and drying out the tank for a few days, I remove my water pump. When I got my Westy my pump was cracked and I figured it was from freezing with water in it. I'd rather not replace it again for all the trouble it is to take inside for the winter. Mind you mine's a Canadian Westy with the pump under the sink -- the pumps in the watertank may be harder to remove and replace.

Cheers,
