Scott,

I have had a look at the attachment points from the back side (when dash was
off, and on junkyard vans) and they are the type that lock into position
upon insertion...3 or is it 4 "barbed" tabs on the nozzle that grip the
sheetmetal tightly. I gave up trying to remove one in one piece. I think you
have to destroy them to remove them.

You might be able to improve the fluid flow by doing one or all of the
following:

1.drop the reservoir (3 bolts, and remove the locking ring around the fill
neck, disconnect the tubing and electrical connections and then clean the
reservoir out. You can also remove the pump which is a press fit through a
rubber grommet into the tank. The pump inlet may be partially clogged.

2. Remove the upper grill and check that the tubing is not kinked or has a
hole in it.

3. Check the check valve (if present, behind the upper grill)

4. Use a pin and poke the holes in the "balls" in the nozzles. Could be dirt
lodged there. Use pin to aim the "balls" nozzles later.

5. Still with reservoir and check valve removed, blow some compressed air
through the nozzles. Before I had an air compressor I used my bike floor
pump.
