I had a Fox for a little while... served me well. Parts are cheap and they are easy to service.

Hey folks.

Anyone know much about VW foxes? A friend of a friend has an 88 for sale for ridiculously cheap and I was thinking about picking it up for a winter beater. anything in particular i should look at when i go to check it out?

I don't really know much about fancy watercoolered cars. i guess I'll have to look at the rad and stuff. : )

thanks,

greg. 82 (aircooled) westy.
