Subject: Replacing Seats need advice
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

I have a 1987 Wolfsburg. I want to replace the worn out manual seats with a set of 1991 Volvo Electric seats I have found. I can handle the mounting issues but I need advice for wiring the seats.

1. Do the seats need the computer to work or do they just need power? 2. Are there any restrictions or limitations to just tapping into one of the fuse connections on the fuse block? 3. Has anybody done this before? If so, what are your opinions?

Thanks in advance.

Dan Hines
