Subject: A fateful E-mail (Van for Sale)
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII"

A sad day for me, I have to sell the van. I can't afford to fix it, and I can't keep it stored where it is anymore, so I have to get rid of it. So, here are the details:

It is an 83.5 Water-cooled Westy (Production date is Feb of 83) Manual transmission (4 speed) Full camper package Recent Tune-up Original engine and heads as far to my knowledge 160k Miles on it Beige in color Engine is still running strong, and all camper parts are fully operational. Stock wheels Clean title No visible body rust

Now for what's wrong:

Currently has a dead battery (I accidentally left the fridge on) Needs a new exhaust system There is body damage to the drivers side, the wheel arch is dented in, and the side panel where the inlets are located is also dented.

The exhaust and the drivers side front wheel arch is all it needs for inspection. Aside from the damage to the drivers side, and the need for a new exhaust for inspection, the van is in good condition.

I am hoping to get about $2500 for it, although the price is negotiable. I am located in PA, near Philly. Please P-mail (Sersote@AOL.com) if interested.
