Subject: Rust Proofing 81' Westy
Content-type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1

I have taken some great information from this site http://www.bulley-hewlett.com/VWindex/ on rust proofing my van. I have made a few modifications to the products used as some are not locally available. Instead of the normal expanding foam I used the Acrylic type which will not buckle any of the panels, also it can be reused after opening. I have also found some sound deadener that is typically used for the inside of farm implement cabs for that same use. I could not find Kool Patch products up in Canada so I am using a product made by Bondo called Undercoating. I have a few small rust spots on the inside which I will be addressing prior to the application of the undercoating etc. I am interested in this naval jelly. I have never heard of it. Could you help me out with a brand name or a web page or a place to purchase it? Ron Schlamp r.schlamp@sk.sympatico.ca
