Subject:      Why would rust proofing give me a tune up (improved starting and
              no bucking)?

OK, this is a weird question. I got my van rust checked yesterday and it appears to be running better, particularly staring it, which I was having a lot of problems with. Admittedly, the weather has been a warmer, but is there something that rust check could have done that would account for better starting? Also, the van was bucking (vanagon syndrom?) which also seems to have disappeared. Does this mean that maybe my electrics had moisture in them and the rust check has displaced it? I am baffled...
