I think that the kitchen light fixture just unscrews. The screws might be covered with plastic/rubber caps, but then the wires just unplug and you can replace the fixture with whatever you want to. Now if you want to take off the whole tray thingy (that goes along above the window) that is a bit more complicated, but it too just unscrews. If you need more, I'll try. Malcolm
