Thank you to all that answered my plea!

Result - The consensus was first, it should have come with the nut, but since it didn't, I should take it to a fastener specialty place. So I did. First place had the right size, but not the right threading. They pointed me to another shop that specialized in metric fasteners. Second shop had the right size - 14mm x 1.5. The 1.5 threading was the piece of the puzzle so hard to find at normal places. The threads on the alternator itself were also a little messed up about half way down, but they assisted with how to address that problem.

Thanks again for all the help! Tonya 87 GL Wolfs
