Thanks to some help & a request from SapceKommander I was able to figure out how to turn off HTML / MIME in Outlook Express.

Here's what I did:

1. From Outlook Express, go to: Tools/Options/Send/ a. Mail Sending Format > select "Plain Text" b. The click on Plain Text Settings, Under Message format select "UNNICODE" this will unselect "MIME" C. Select "OK" then "Apply" and "OK".... Bada Bing ... You are done.

If anyone is confused by my instructions, you are welcome to contact me directly.

Hope this helps reduce the clutter in the postings.
