ANY ideas? Look up in the archives (online vanagon.com) for valve lifter clattering. As a new comer it is almost always better to research your question there before bringing it to the List. It will make you look much more intelligent (like the rest of us....LOL) > AND, where is the power steering fluid resevoir? Behind the license plate...on the right (passenger side of the van). If you are going to keep the van...get a Bentley's and/or Haynes Manual.... you will find a whole lot of help in these two books and your questions will become much more piercing! Welcome to the fold!
