Yes, although the diameter for the lighter plug is large and Radio Shack may
not have it. They have the "Glossy" type and "Matte" is better.
 I attempted to measure the lighter plug with a caliper but it would require
disassembly.

I think the idea is to slide the retainer over the cylinder so the thickness
of the plastic will need to be minimal.
