...Indeed they are,had them on the van since new and wouldn't be without them. Only thing is,they do get grotty on the inside periodically and therefore cut down on the effectiveness of your headlights. Since they secure to the headlight surround with double-sided tape, you just gotta be prepared to remove the whole upper grille via the 1/4 turn screws every now & then to get behind the protectors to give them a clean. No big deal,just easy to forget about...
