Have you had your ears checked? That aside, there aren't too many things to gurgle...Westy water tank maybe. Get someone to ride with you and listen? And of course look for air in the expansion tank.

The guys at Cal-Tech once buried a speaker in the foundations of a women's dorm under construction and rattled chains at them for months...
