Hi Volks,
Having problems with that transmission pan seal, I replaced it. Cleaned it up , had a hard time getting it to stay in the grove there while I tightened up the pan. So I put I little silicone on it and it seemed to stay put cranked up the bolts and it still leaked ! I took it down after that and it seemed to be sitting on there fine. Still leaked. Could my pan be bet ? or am I tightining the bolts to tight? I have another seal on the way any tricks to this?
Thanks , hope to hear from someone. Brian 87 GL Automatic _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp |
