Hi, There is a outfit in Bakersfield CA that makes exhaust "donuts" called The Kiwi Konnection. The "donuts" are perfectly round tubes that when cut up make very sharp bends for your project. They come in various sizes. The card I have from them says their phone number is 805-871-KIWI. I see them from time to time at big car/roadster shows.
