sue, if you had uninsured motorist coverage your insurance company is taking you for a ride. they'll give you much more if you get a lawyer...or act as though you really know what you are doing. get derek drew's email and ask him to push you towards his long page where he describes trying deal with his insurance after he wrecked his syncro westfalia. be sure to hie ye both to doctors, and to not sign ANYTHING from the insurance company until you've had a few days to shake out the cobwebs. oftimes after such a wreck the body doesn't know what to do for a couple three four days, then suddenly you realize how much it hurts.
