I bought a couple the other day at Kmart (of all places - $1.78 for 2!) that seem to fit OK and look the same to me. They're Philips #89 BC Courtesy/Dome/Trunk lights. Package says they replace #158 - can't read what is actually on the bulb, but I think this link to the Philips catalog describes them.
