Subject:      Swivel seats for an '85 GL?

I would like to make the front seats, at least the passenger side, swivel in my '85 GL.  Are the bases interchangeable or is it an entirely different seat?  I know that there are aftermarket bases out there, but if the parts are readily available from a FLAPS, it would be better than spending $160 apiece for new ones.
