For those of you in the Chicago area, I heartily recommend Multistate
Transmissions, 1580 Ogden Road, Naperville (630) 983-7444. This is the shop
which rebuilt my transmission while I was travelling across country. Ask for
the service manager, Dan Fronczak.  He is very familiar with our vehicles
and got me in and out of there in 4 days. It cost me an arm and a leg, but
it does come with a nationwide 1 year/ unlimited warranty.  2400 miles and
all is well!
