Almost anything is possible. However, you will need to consider if it is economically practical. In this case I personally think it is not unless you already had a complete Syncro for parts, will do all of the work yourself, and value your time at zero.

Hmmmm..... sounds like a certain fellow in San Diego..... right in your neck in your of the woods. I'm sure he'll chime in if he can get away from his projects.
