This is reply to old post, but I am trying to catch-up...

I just changed my oil last night. A few years ago I found a neat plastic thing on a junk year 82 Diesel Westy that was factory I guess. It fits under the oil filter and is designed to catch the oil that spills when you change the filter. Has anyone else ever seen one of these, I never did before.

Very useful thing, I love it.
