Dear list members.

Today I got a "new" car for my wife. It has lots of bells and whistles including automatic transmission. It definitely does not have the space of my vanagon that I must now part with. She's a 84 model with 94,000 miles. Two months ago I put on new head gaskets, water pump and complete exhaust system from Ken. She runs perfectly! A year ago I replaced the long steel coolant hoses that run from front to back along with all heater hoses and a new rear heater core also. A year ago august I repainted it the original color, dark brown, after stopping the seam rust. It has gl seats and matching interior trim but was originally a "conversion van". The body has 2 or 3 very small dents and is in amazingly good condition (NO BONDO). I have unconverted as much as possible. It has AC but the compressor is noisy and no power steering. Alternator and battery have also been replaced within 1.5 years. I live in Columbus, Ohio and if anybody is interested in buying a sharp looking, good running vanagon please email directly. I can send pictures to any interested people.

With mixed emotions Joe Romas

84 Vanagon 90 jetta (also for sale) 99.5 jetta tdi, just broken in at 68k 93 Eurovan MV 80k miles.

PS does anybody know what rims fit Eurovan, no spare??
