The factory poptop skylight is dual-layer, whereas all of the aftermarket ones -both Go Westy's, and mine (which come from the Skylight Guy) - are single layer. The dual layer one will provide better insulation, which might matter if you were camping in cold weather. But from what I have seen that is the only real difference. I sell the factory one for $89 and the aftermarket one for $59 (minus your listmember discount).
