Dear Shocked in Seattle,

You may need to get more sleep so you can understand these things better. People buy cars they haven't seen all over the world. In many countries, you buy a car then they build it.

I bought my 16" Syncro Double Cab sight unseen. Not even a picture. I never regretted it. Bought my 1986 Jetta GLI the same way in 1985 since there were none available other than the demonstrator. Sometimes you just don't have a choice. Apparently the dealers were out of the brochure as well in their area.

As for a website, that is why I was asking the list so I can pass it on to them.

signed, Can never sleep in South San Francisco because my portfolio seems to be shrinking every second of the day.
