Phaedra,

Sounds like you do have an air pocket, and a possible fractured coolant tank, due to an over pressurized testing ----

Is the coolant at the seam of the tank?

Run the van up on a curb or something and try bleeding the system yourself-----

Not that difficult---- keep an eye on the coolant tank though---If your lucky it may just be the wrench was just sloppy and spilled come anti freeze----
