Subject: LP tank
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

I mentioned recently that I removed my LP tank to get a new shut off valve and regulator installed. I also decided to get it powder coated-- white at the suggestion of several list members.

I had the tank filled with LP yesterday and it took only about 2 & 1/2 gallons of LP. That is not very much. I have 2 questions from those experienced:

1) What can I expect in terms of how long that small tank of LP will last when using it for the refrigerator and cooking?

2) Is there a way to connect a larger tank to the existing without putting in a "T" and a valve when camping in a remote area?

William
