joe, try replacing the t-stat. It is not that bad to do really. Good time for a coolant flush too! I put the stock one it. When you order/purchase it, be sure to get the o-ring. Don't break the housing. You should remove the oil filter to get the housing out. You can get the housing out w/o removing the exhaust pipe- just takes some patience. cheers matthew
