Thanks so much for the shim templates. I will try to see if I can locate some Delrin. 1/4" is the max thickness on the front.......What is the max thickness for the rear?, I think my van needs 3/4" to 1". Thanks again....and cool and professional template, what program did you use? Of course the performance way to go would be to use the custom springs from Steve. ( @ Syncro.org......17" height-nice!) But a pain in the ass to install the fronts.....wow! Hi There! Here's the template you're looking for. I'd recommend Delrin as the material to make them from. Worked for me on my 89 Westy, but you might want to check the measurements for yourself. Good luck! -Ryan
