Doug,

If it has been sitting that long, I'll bet the inside of the carb, and the main jet is filled, and plugged with varnish----

Get a can of spray Gummout, and clean the bowl, and main jet good.

Check the inside of the gas tank for rust----if it looks OK, fil the tank with fresh gas.

Pull the spark plug, and see what it looks like---better yet--change it. Lay it on the head, and pulll the starter through a cople of times, and see if you have any spark----

If you have a sparking plug-----and you have a clean carb--she'll go--no problem.

Change the oil too-----right away----
