TIA, JinNJ >> mae sure it's really locked and not a bad switch.. jack up one side wheel and , with the gearbox in neutral, try moving the wheel that is up..(they "syncro" part will not allow you to turn it fast) if it goes one inch and goes "clank-clunk" and LOCKS?..it's locked... the disassembly may be the only choice..the blue/white vacuum actuator will have to come off and that involves drifting out the tiny roll pin and all that horse hockey...check for vacuum at the outer hose connection down there too...
