 Tony & etc....As far as I have heard, there is no limited slip widely
available for these things. Please correct me if I am wrong.
 It is very possible to put a locking rear diff in the 2wd tranny and
during a rebuild is the best time. That is the cheapest way and far
cheaper than any alternative I know of. Putting a syncro trans in a 2X is
a waste of a good syncro trans. The same result is had by putting a diff
lock in the 2wd version.
