Direct thermoswitch pin 2, 2.5 mm^2 R/W to fan resistor pin 2. This pin is shared with a 2.5, R/BK wire from AC relay -- on cursory look this appears to run the fan at low speed whenever the AC is on.

See 97.145 and yell if you need help.
