I'm not sure it offers ETKA info like the (now famous...) ETKA russian site, but it sure has quite a bit of .pdf technical documents relating to Vanagon (content tax paid here...) as well as other VW vehicles. I haven't had much time to investigate but I've seen wiring diagrams there, and most years have much in common.
