I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but an 8" wheel with an offset of 11mm would give the same backside clearance as the South African alloys (6.5" wide, 30 offset). However, that wheel would stick out a full 45mm from where the stock 14x6 ET 30 alloys are. That's nearly two inches farther out than normal, which could pose some clearance issues.

The stock offset of 30mm for alloys compares to the 11mm of this proposed wheel in that the tire centerline (and thus the point at which the forces on the tire acts) is further outboard by 19mm. This could get you into scrub radius problems, which could give you quirky handling.
