I am now able to align bore 1.9, 2.0 and 2.1 cases the price starts at $100 for prepared cases ready to bore. thrust bearings and thrust cutting is also available for the 1.9 cases with loose rear mains. There is also a supply of aftermarket 1.9 main bearings at $130 per set in STD, .020 and .040 outside dimensions with standard and 10 under crank sizes. oversize thrust bearings are available in 20 and 40 oversize outside dimensions only
At $130 per set I have 2.1 German engine bearings sets available in the following sizes
4 sets of std case / std crank 025 198 461 A.
5 sets of std case / 10 crank 025 198 463 A
5 sets of 20 case / 10 crank 025 198 473 A
1 set of 20 case / std crank 025 189 471 A
Rebuilt wbx 1.9 rods at $100 and $140 to upgrade 2.1 rods with 1.9 bolts exchange with rebuildable cores
rebuilt 2.0 rods with notch $135 exchange with rebuildable cores
reground cams 1.9 and 2.1 $80 exchange upgrades and outright sales available call for pricing
reground OEM 2.0 hydraulic cams $45 outright
reground 10/10 1.9 cranks $135 exchange add $25 for unusable core
reground 10/10 2.0 cranks $135 exchange add $25 for unuseable core
reground crank 2.1 at $135 exchange core quality will determine final price even if a core is returned it may be an outright sale price $350 I don't sell rewelded cranks
STD 2.1 cranks $350 outright
rebuilt 1.9 cases outright $400
