OK..the reverse gear needs to come badk until it almost hits the gear carrier..AND you need to have the carrier turned so the one of the two openings is up..this provides enough clearance so that the reverse gear is past the end of the gap in the two shafts..<wiggle wiggle wiggle> tuning counter clockwise...
