what year??

in general, the rear catch (the part on the bus, not the door) needs to be adjusted. If not that, then the latch (inside the door) needs to be taken apart and cleaned, baked to dry (about 100F. too high and you'll break stuff... guess how i know!), THEN while hot, spray some wd-40 or tri-flo on the mechanisms.
