Joel, STOP trying to move the window NOW ! Remove the motor and cable mechanism. If your lucky the cable may still be OK but wound up and tangeled in the winding mechanism. Most likely what has happened is one or both of the PLASTIC cables guides and the PLASTIC corner guides of the cable track mechanism has broken or the PLASTIC rivet used to hold the guides in place on some models have let go. If the cable is not frayed, remove it and straighten it out and rewind it on the spool. If the PLASTIC corner guides are still good just re-rivet them in place with METAL rivets. If the PLASTIC guides are broken you will need to find a used unit to get them from or just replace the winding mechanism with a good used one. Replace the PLASTIC rivets with metal rivets on the used one if they are PLASTIC before installing. Good Luck ! Been there a few times ! PLASTIC, NYLON or whatever that stuff is, doesn't work too well when the window is frozen shut and the PLASTIC stuff is brittle from the COLD. The motor is stronger and it always wins !

Happy Holidays
