Well, maybe I answered the questions incorrectly, but the car-o-scope said the vanagon was totally the wrong car for me and that I'd be better in a Peugeot 505, Saab 9000CD, Infiniti I30, BMW 528, or Isuzu Trooper II (huh?). Now I wouldn't mind having any of the first four cars I guess if someone were to give them to me, but what in the world do any of those cars have in comparison to a vanagon??? maybe I could cook between the seats of my beemer... or sleep on the roof of my peugeot... or 4 wheel in my saab 9000CD. I don't think so.

It said that other Volkswagen Vanagon owners are more objective and logical. Boy, they haven't listened to some of you volks! I goes on to say that when compared to other people who drive a Volkswagen Vanagon, I'm a bit too old to be driving this vehicle (well, maybe), I'm, well--to be generous--a bit too frugal, I am a little too much of a snob, I'm a bit too 'touchy-feely', and I care a bit too much about your car compared to other Volkswagen Vanagon owners. Say what?!?

But then it said that it appears that other Volkswagen Vanagon owners just don't care as much about their cars as I do. (car talk... please read just one day of messages on the vanagon list!) I'm going to have to lighten up on this if you insist on driving a Volkswagen Vanagon they said. But, since this is probably a basic character flaw and therefore unchangeable, you probably will have to buy a new car to get your carma in balance. There you have it!

Hmmm... anybody want a crappy old POS 89 Syncro Westy that's been rocked and chipped, has a new vc, new bfg at ko's, rebuilt tranny, stebro ss muffler, k & n air filter, and only 56K original miles? Looks like I need a new ride. Boy those car talk guys have really got something there.
