Javier is a respected member of the list. His machine got infected -- we'll guess that his six-year-old son was opening attachments that day <g> -- but he is certainly not spamming the list (which incidentally means sending junk email to addresses collected from the list). Furthermore he has already spoken up and apologized for the disturbance.
