Subject:      Protectant for paint under front windows?

Hi folks,
I'm looking for a way to protect the (interior) painted area between the
windows and the door panels on the two front doors of my '87 Westy.

Over the years they had accumulated a lot of dings from the seat belt buckle
slapping into them, and I've just gotten them re-painted.

All advice appreciated.
