some virus's if using outlook will cause havic on your system breaking your anti virus software, simple never open attachments that you have no idea about. The last one was .scr THIS WAS the screen saver virus that cracks norton. (oh disable auto open)

M.S outlook server is real weak and most come in via corp mail boxes sending itself out of your address book, so most people are caught off gaurd.

lucky for me my web mail just spit out the text based info on the screen.
