I guess I should add to my previous post the disclaimer that it may not be
worth it to you to change the cables. My first attempt took three or four
hours by the time I pulled out the regulator, messed with the cable several
times to figure out how to make it all work, then re-installed the
regulator. My second window was quicker, and I could probably do one in an
hour now...but no, don't bother sending yours here!
