My Cooper Lifeliner's do and my Sears Superguard GT's do. Lots of passenger tires (which this is (note the 'P')) have a max psi of 44. My Cooper Lifeliners do as do many others. I would not put much faith in the stated 'reinforcement band' - that could mean anything. I'd look more for at least 2 sidewall plies and four tread plies.
